About the Tracker
In simple terms, what does the Hume Band 2.0 do?
It's a wrist-worn health tracker. It follows biological age, metabolic momentum, blood pressure trends, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep stages and skin temperature, running up to 14 days on a single charge — none of that needs a subscription.
Does my phone have to stay with me constantly?
No. The tracker logs and holds everything on-device. Open the Hume Health app (iOS and Android) to see your trends, and it syncs the moment your phone is nearby again — no need to carry it during a run or overnight.
Can it handle a shower or a swim?
Yes. It carries an IP68 rating — dust-resistant and comfortable with 1 metre of water for up to 2 hours. Showers, swimming and sweaty gym sessions are all fine.
How accurate are the readings, really?
The 2.0 model runs 5 LEDs alongside 4 photodiodes, sampling more frequently than most wearables at this price point, with accuracy verified through both internal lab testing and outside comparisons. As with any optical wrist sensor, a snug fit worn about a finger's width above the wrist bone gives the most consistent results.
Placing an Order
What does it currently cost?
£174 at today's price, reduced from £249. It's a one-off cost — none of the core tracking relies on an ongoing subscription.
Is the Hume Premium add-on worthwhile?
It's completely optional, priced at £7.99 a month, adding AI-driven coaching and deeper longevity breakdowns. The essentials — biological age, blood pressure trends, HRV and the rest — come with your purchase either way.
Is VAT already factored into the price?
Yes — whatever's shown at checkout is exactly what you pay, VAT included. Nothing gets added on afterward.
How secure is checkout?
Fully secure — payments go through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout, and we never store your full card number on our own systems.
UK Delivery
How fast does an order go out?
Within 1–2 business days of purchase. Most UK addresses then receive it within a further 1–3 business days.
Is there a delivery charge?
No — delivery is free to any address across the UK, on every order, with no minimum spend required.
Returns & Warranty
How long do I have to return it?
45 days from the delivery date, full refund, no explanation required — considerably more generous than the standard 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Full details sit on our Refund & Returns page.
Does it come with a warranty?
Every device includes a 1-year hardware warranty as standard, with an optional 10-year extended warranty available at checkout for £27, covering hardware and sensor faults for the device's entire working life.
The Companion App
Can I pull my own data out whenever I like?
Yes, any time, directly from the Hume Health app. It's your data — nothing about exporting it is restricted.
